The awe inspiring "living room" at The Sound Castle is adorned with the original maple hardwood floors and stained glass windows. The 16.5ft vaulted ceiling makes it a fantastic space for recording drums and other acoustic instruments, as well as live musical performances.
The Sound Castle is a recording studio and event space. A musical space for concerts, writing, workshops, lessons and retreats. We strive to facilitate art, community, and growth. The main floor includes a full kitchen, two washrooms, and a loft above. Overnight accommodations are available in the three large bedrooms downstairs.
The Sound Castle is housed in a former United Church in Viscount, Saskatchewan, Canada. The church first opened its doors to the public in 1928, and has since been decommissioned and renovated to include a full kitchen, a loft, 3 bedrooms, and laundry facilities.
